The College’s centralized collection of more than 50,000 photographs (prints, slides, negatives, etc.) have been segregated from regular files on deposit from offices such as Marketing and Communications (formerly Public Relations, Public Information), Alumni Affairs, Facilities Management, and Visual Communications for storage in filing cabinets in appropriate folders, with larger formats in flat storage boxes. Originally organized in 2000 by Monica Petraglia '01, with advice from Chicago consultant Kim Coventry, the photographs have been kept in two main file orders: subjects and people. Within the subjects order there are interfiled buildings, events, sports, and organizations. People are divided into two groups: (1) alumni by class and (2) others, including faculty, staff, trustees, outside speakers and performers, and misc.
- Subjects A-Z

- Alumni by Class (with a preliminary folder of early group photographs)
