Carmen has the joined the Reference Department staff, stepping into the gap left by Rebecca Miller's departure and is Library Liaison to the departments of Chemistry, History, English, Communications, and Foreign Languages & Literature. When teaching research strategies and techniques, she encourages students to break complex processes into steps to make them more manageable and automatic.
